University Club Art Committee

Julie Walke founded the University Club Arts Committee in 2010 to work in partnership with regional arts institutions as an extension of their exhibit space while providing co-marketing and membership opportunities.  Walke handled art insurance underwriting and art loan documentation for 36 exhibitions from 2010-2022, while offering guidance to a committee of eight business owners/volunteers.  Walke Communications wrote guidelines and policies and established best practices. The program features an opening reception and onsite tour during a three-month run of show at no cost to the art institutions. Walke Communications also, curated member-owned exhibits.
